Abit has newer bios that does support them. I kind of plan on going to a RAID setup later.

Dec 30, Messages: Also, a guy on the Abit forum had drivers that I downloaded. Aug 28, Messages: Saw you’re from Michigan. Also, unless you are using raid, you should not have to load any additional drivers while installing XP.

Welcome to Tech Support Guy! May 6, Messages: Would the driver change to a SATA driver if it was workig correctly? I changed “enhanced” to “auto” and that made a change in Device Manager.

I downloaded updated drivers from Abit’s site last night. Join the community hereit only takes a minute. The only driver disk I have that my computer will use is the disk that came with the mobo, with the other two disk I get a message that the disk doesn’t contain a text file.
